The ideal candidate provides personalized, therapeutic massage in a welcoming and professional environment while helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, and improve overall wellness. Required Schedule Applicants must be available for the following shifts:

Tuesday:

4:00-8:00 p.m.

Thursday:

4:00-8:00 p.m.

Friday:

4:00-8:00 p.m.

Sunday:

9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Responsibilities Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on each client's needs and preferences Review client health histories and discuss treatment goals before each session Maintain accurate, confidential client notes Educate clients about wellness, self-care, and appropriate follow-up services Prepare, clean, and reset the treatment room between appointments Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and professional standards Provide a warm, respectful, and reliable client experience Collaborate with the Kneaded Relief team to maintain a positive workplace Recommend services or products when they would genuinely benefit the client Qualifications Current and active massage therapy license in•Michigan•Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and proper draping Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Able to perform consecutive massage sessions safely and effectively Compensation and Benefits Straight hourly pay (even during gaps and cancellations) All supplies included Opportunities to pick up shifts at other locations Paid 15 min. gap between appointments PTO Continuing Education Reimbursement 401k match Google review incentives How to Apply Please submit your résumé and a brief introduction explaining why you would be a great addition to Kneaded Relief.
