Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by following sanitation protocols and maintaining massage equipment. Stay current with industry trends, new therapies, and continuing education to enhance your skills and service quality. Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify specific areas of tension or discomfort. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities aimed at pain relief. Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Knowledge of occupational health principles to support workplace wellness initiatives. Previous med spa experience is highly desirable for delivering specialized treatments in a luxury setting.
