Licensed Massage Therapist Responsibilities Provide professional therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs and preferences. Maintain a positive, client-centered attitude and deliver exceptional care. Collaborate with a large team of therapists; participate in knowledge sharing and service trades. Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and a welcoming environment. Communicate clearly with clients about goals, contraindications, and aftercare. Manage session flow and punctuality; document services as required. Engage in ongoing education and skill development; participate in offered trainings. Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture. Licensed Massage Therapist Requirements Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist (state-required credentials). Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for others. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently within a team setting. Willingness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices with peers. Availability that supports flexible scheduling; ability to maintain consistent attendance. Commitment to hygiene, safety, and ethical standards.
Preferred:
existing client base and/or prior experience (compensation may reflect experience, availability, and clients brought). Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment; open to trading services and ongoing education.
