We have a large client base and more requests for appointments than we can keep up with - so you will be as busy as you would like! In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced massage techniques and a thorough understanding of human physiology. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Apply comprehensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans. Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening actively, and ensuring client comfort throughout each session. Educate clients on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and self-care strategies for ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments, progress notes, and client feedback in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in medicalspa settings or similar environments preferred. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately. Solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
