Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Qualifications Valid Michigan massage therapy license Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Ability to assess patient needs effectively and adapt treatments accordingly. Proficiency in various massage modalities Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
