The Cove Day Spa is looking for one or two talented, dependable Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team. We've created a warm, beautiful, professional spa environment where our therapists can focus on what they do best: taking exceptional care of their clients. We're looking for therapists who genuinely enjoy their work, connect well with people, and want to build a consistent clientele in a supportive environment. What You'll Do Provide customized, high-quality massage therapy based on each client's individual needs and preferences Perform Swedish, relaxation, and deep tissue massage Assess client needs and adjust pressure, techniques, and treatment approach appropriately Create a warm, comfortable, and professional experience from beginning to end Build relationships with clients and encourage appropriate rebooking and ongoing care Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members Complete accurate client notes and follow appropriate sanitation and safety practices Help maintain a clean, peaceful, and beautifully presented treatment space Continue developing your skills and knowledge as a massage therapist We'd Love to Meet You If You Are A Licensed Massage Therapist in Minnesota Warm, personable, and professional Dependable and punctual Skilled in Swedish and deep tissue massage Comfortable adapting your massage to different clients and needs Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and appropriate massage techniques Confident working independently while also being part of a team Someone who takes pride in providing an exceptional client experience Interested in building a consistent clientele and becoming part of a growing spa Experience is appreciated, but we're also open to newer therapists who are talented, professional, dependable, and eager to grow.
