Menari Body Works is Southern Minnesota's Premier Holistic Day Spa. Massage Therapist Key Responsibilities:

Provide a 5-star, customized service to clientele Create effective treatment plans and provide homecare suggestions that are customized to each client's needs Create and maintain professional boundaries Participate in cohesion with other team members in a holistic, client centered environment

Abilities:

Excellent massage therapy skills Good time management Communication skills (listening, feedback, speaking) Collaboration with other MT's and complementary modalities Computer literacy Creative thinking

Competencies:

Passion for massage therapy, teamwork, flexibility, integrity, honesty, discretion Our team at Menari Body Works is offered access to CEU programs, 401K benefits, as well as instruction in how to build and grow your practice through proven methodologies that not only improve your request rate, but also your per treatment cost and client relations. Hours are flexible so that you can protect your body from excessive repetitive stress. We are currently looking for all positions- full time, part time, on-call and weekends. Our commission compensation rates are competitive; based on experience, skill, and request rate.
