Responsibilities:

Providing massage treatments to patients upon referral from the RN Case Manager Reviewing patient chart and medical history prior to initiating treatment Working within the complementary and alternative health care client bill of rights Documenting all patient visits according to policies and procedures Actively participating in the hospice interdisciplinary team Participating in the QAPI hospice performance improvement program Ensuring compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Formal massage training and education from an accredited or approved program National Certification by the Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork preferred Licensed in the state of operation 2+ years clinical experience as a massage therapist Understanding of the hospice philosophy About our
