We're seeking an experienced Master Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is a W-2 employee role for a highly accomplished therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional therapeutic massage in a refined, guest-focused environment. Master Massage Therapists perform premium-priced services, creating greater earning potential through higher service rates and corresponding gratuities. What You'll Be Doing Provide 60, 90, and 120-minute massage sessions in an upscale hotel setting Deliver advanced therapeutic work including deep tissue, relaxation, couples massage, intraoral TMJ/jaw therapy, facial sculpting, and scalp massage Recommend and perform curated treatment enhancements Maintain an exceptional guest experience from consultation through treatment completion Prepare and reset treatment rooms to high sanitation and presentation standards Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and therapeutic care Master Massage Therapist Designed for highly accomplished therapists with extensive hospitality experience and advanced training. Qualifications Active Minnesota Massage Therapy credentials Minimum 4 years of consistent professional massage therapy experience Experience working in a Forbes Five-Star resort spa, AAA Five Diamond property, internationally recognized resort, or similarly prestigious wellness destination Advanced continuing education and specialty certifications beyond initial licensure (examples include myofascial techniques, neuromuscular therapy, TMJ, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic work, sports massage, prenatal, or comparable advanced modalities) Demonstrated history of providing exceptional guest experiences Highly refined assessment and treatment planning skills Professional reputation for excellence, consistency, and impeccable service Ability to perform multiple sessions per shift with proper body mechanics Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with or without accommodation Master Massage Therapists are entrusted with delivering our highest-tier massage experiences and are recognized for their advanced expertise, polished service standards, and commitment to continued professional development.
