Integrative Massage is a results-driven therapeutic massage practice with two Twin Cities locations. We're a clinical, goal-oriented practice (not a spa) treating competitive athletes, active adults, injury recovery clients, and professionals with chronic pain. We're growing and looking for skilled massage therapists to join our team. About Us We distinguish ourselves through a healthcare-provider model: consultation, muscle testing, PNF stretching, cupping, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and self-care education. Our culture is no-gratuity, client-health-focused, and built around getting people genuinely excited about their bodies and recovery. What We're Looking For Licensed Massage Therapist (MN license required) Skilled in therapeutic/clinical techniques, not just relaxation work Lives an active lifestyle and connects authentically with athletic clients Comfortable managing your own client check-in and checkout Able to self-promote authentically and build your own book of business Gets clients excited about their health and keeps them coming back What We Offer Established, sports-focused clientele across two locations Sessions at $145-$159/hour Modern, professional treatment rooms A supportive team culture with strong brand and marketing support Flexible scheduling and real growth opportunity as we expand Compensation & Structure This is primarily an independent contractor opportunity, with a W-2 employment option available depending on the right fit.
