Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and attentive care. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client progress and treatment details Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, explain procedures, and foster a comfortable experience Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proven experience in pain management techniques and client assessment methods Proficiency in various massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Ability to adapt treatments based on individual client needs and feedback Knowledge of occupational health standards and med spa procedures is a plus Certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Demonstrated customer service excellence with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us in delivering outstanding therapeutic services that help clients feel revitalized and healthier every day!
