    ) Now Hiring Part-Time and Fulltime Massage Therapists for various shifts for our Roseville, MN location. We are currently seeking a enthusiastic, professional part-time and fulltime massage therapist who is passionate about their work. We are a unique concept that offers services geared toward health and wellness. At Massage Xcape we believe in quality, not quantity. We reward our therapists for quality work by using a formula geared towards building a long-term relationship between you, the client and Massage Xcape.     Function:
    Capable of performing customized massage therapy sessions in which the quality of touch, flow, pressure and draping is safe, professional and therapeutic. We specialize in Couples massage, 60 and 90 minute massages, Ion foot Cleanse, Infrared Sauna, Aromatherapy, Float Therapy Room Corporate and Workplace massage.

    Job Function:
    \
    • Greet guests & members in a professional, friendly manner and design a specific massage plan based on the client's needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest. \
    • Obtains client's informed consent for massage plan prior to beginning the massage. \
    • Perform 60 and 90 minute quality massage session within their scope of training and utilizing draping protocols. \
    • Complete accurate and legible client intake (SOAP) notes. \
    • Create an excellent experience for guests & members through a present therapeutic touch and friendly attitude. \
    • Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage specific to each client and recommends frequency. \
    • Safeguard client information and confidentiality. \
    • Execute professional boundaries and do not engage in dual relationships with clients. \
    • Maintain a professional clean appearance of self and studio by wearing a clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing & draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean.
    Job requirements: \
    • Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations. \
    • Must carry personal liability insurance. \
    • Completed a minimum of 500 hours of massage education or be in enrolled in an approved massage program to join our Xternship massage program. \
    • Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork. \
    • Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, studio management, fellow therapists and sales staff www.
