Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation methods tailored to each client's needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment options for ongoing pain management or occupational health needs Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment outcomes Ensure a clean, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing training, especially in med spa procedures and advanced massage techniques Skills Exceptional patient service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach Strong ability to assess patient conditions accurately and adapt treatments accordingly Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills to build trust and foster client loyalty Knowledge of occupational health principles to support workplace wellness programs Prior experience is highly desirable for delivering specialized treatments effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives!
