Job Summary Stanfill Chiropractic and Rehabilitation is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team! In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, recovery, and overall wellness for our diverse patient base. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, supportive, team-oriented environment where both our staff and patients feel cared for and valued. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people feel their best, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is excited to grow their clientele while working alongside an established chiropractic and rehabilitation team. While we encourage therapists to help build and maintain their own client base, our clinic also provides patient referrals and works to help fill your schedule. What We Offer Flexible scheduling options Fun, positive, and supportive work environment Existing patient flow and in-office referrals Opportunity to grow your own clientele while receiving clinic-generated clients Collaborative healthcare setting focused on wellness, recovery, and rehabilitation A team that values your professional growth and continuing education Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions, including deep tissue massage (required) and trigger point therapy, to address specific patient needs and pain points Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to develop safe and effective treatment plans Educate patients on self-care techniques, recovery strategies, and wellness practices to support long-term health Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards Create a welcoming, comfortable environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and exceptional customer service Collaborate with chiropractors and rehabilitation providers to support comprehensive patient care Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Strong deep tissue massage skills (required) Experience with trigger point therapy and pain management techniques preferred Excellent patient service and communication skills Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Ability to assess patient conditions and adapt treatments accordingly Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, wellness, or med spa settings is a plus If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a lively, collaborative setting where your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
