Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health issues Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with licensing regulations Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries with professionalism Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes when necessary Uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment space Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate state licensing board Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care planning Hands-on experience performing deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or wellness center is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their needs effectively Familiarity with pain management strategies and holistic approaches to health improvement Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to improving lives through expert massage therapy.
