What You Can Earn Our therapists earn on average 33%+ more per session than typical massage chains — and here's what that looks like straight from our weekly payroll reports (earnings vary based on availability and volume of services): 16-21 services/week across 4-5 days → Average $1,100-$1,500/week 22-27+ services/week across 5-5.5 days → Average $1,700+/week (Must be available on the weekends) This includes commission, credit card tips, and add-ons like foot scrubs, back scrubs, and hot stones.
