Licensed Medical Massage Therapist Marion Wellness STL - Old St. Charles Marion Wellness STL is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, reliable, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on historic Main Street. We are a clinical and sports-focused massage clinic that blends medical massage, sports therapy, and therapeutic relaxation with a calm, high-end, spa-like atmosphere. Our work is results-driven, body-mechanics-focused, and trusted by athletes and medically complex clients across St. Louis. We also partner with a VIP wellness company in STL , and we are in need of a therapist who can support athletes, VIP clients, and mobile sessions when needed (with additional pay for mobile/on-site services). This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on, meaningful clinical work, but can also enjoy the occasional couples session or spa-style service in a beautiful, supportive environment. Who We're Looking For A therapist who is: Licensed in Missouri (LMT required) Experienced or highly interested in medical massage, sports therapy, deep tissue, and pain management Skilled in clinical documentation, SOAP notes, and treatment planning Comfortable and confident working with athletes and VIP clientele Willing to occasionally handle mobile/on-call sessions (paid at a higher rate) Able to adapt between clinical work, sports therapy, couples sessions, and spa add-ons A strong team player with excellent communication and client care Professional, dependable, and excited about long-term growth within our clinic What We Offer A supportive, collaborative team environment Additional pay for rare mobile/outcall sessions A steady mix of clinical, therapeutic, and relaxation-based services A beautiful, cozy workspace in Historic Old St. Charles Growth opportunities as we expand partnerships, events, and medical services A chance to be part of a growing, athlete-friendly, results-driven wellness clinic If you're passionate about helping clients heal, move better, and feel better, and you want to be part of a clinic that values clinical skill, teamwork, and a supportive atmosphere, we'd love to meet you.
