We are looking for someone who provides an elevated, relaxing client experience and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for a massage therapist who wants flexibility and independence while benefiting from an established aesthetics practice, an existing client base, marketing support, online scheduling, and a beautiful private treatment space. Experience with lymphatic drainage massage is highly preferred. We are also open to a therapist who is interested in pursuing additional training or certification in lymphatic drainage. The therapist will determine the days and times they would like to make available for appointments. Compensation is based solely on completed massage services: 50% of massage service revenue 100% of client tips No hourly or base pay If no clients are scheduled, there is no compensation for that time The therapist is not expected to remain onsite when there are no scheduled appointments Appointments will be scheduled through Radiant Renewal Aesthetics, and availability can increase as the massage clientele grows.
