Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Our company provides care in the community to veterans, and are seeking professionals to help serve our community. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and injury recovery Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans, progress notes, and client feedback Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive wellness plans when necessary Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to uphold licensure and improve service quality Qualifications Valid state license as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred Prior experience in medical or wellness setting impacts earning potential Join us in creating a positive impact through healing touch!
