Job Description
Who We Are Restful Touch Wellness Collective is not your typical spa. We're a clinical-minded, down-to-earth team of therapists who take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Our clients are hikers, skiers, construction workers, and desk jockeys who need real results, not fluff. If you'd rather talk anatomy than aromatherapy, you'll fit right in. The Role We're looking for a part-time licensed massage therapist who knows their way around a treatment table and isn't afraid to dig in. This is a hands-on, clinical role for someone who genuinely loves the craft and wants to be part of a team that feels the same way. What You'll Be Doing Delivering high-quality massage therapy with a focus on deep tissue, trigger point, and treatment-based work Working with prenatal clients safely and confidently Conducting thorough intake assessments and building individualized treatment plans Collaborating with a small, tight-knit team who will actually have your back Keeping session notes and maintaining client records accurately What We're Looking For Current Montana massage license in good standing Strong foundation in deep tissue and myofascial/trigger point techniques Prenatal educated and experienced Someone who communicates clearly, shows up on time, and takes pride in their work A good sense of humor doesn't hurt What's In It For You A workplace that respects your skills and your time Steady, existing clientele to step into A team culture that's collaborative, not competitive Room to grow as we grow Compensation Starting at $50•60 (DOE) per hands-on hour, before tips and add-ons Paid flip time at $18/hr (we respect your time and your body) Hourly + commission pay Tips + bonuses Paid Time Off + Health Insurance (for full time 4+ days/week) Free monthly service Free infrared sauna use Free monthly workshop 20% off retail & additional services + 15% off for friends and family To Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your practice style to restfultouchwellness@gmail.com.
