Job Overview Lithium Health and Wellness is a clinical spa that offers both treatment work along with spa modalities. We are looking for a full time massage therapist to join our growing team. Our clients range from blue collar workers, athletes, and some retirees, so having a wide range of skill is important. Hours we are looking for

Thursdays & Fridays:

12pm - 7:30pm

Saturdays & Sundays:

9:30am - 5:30pm Responsibilities Provide massage therapy services per our service menu Maintain consistent client bookings Create treatment plans and provide quality client care Keep accurate client session notes Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room between sessions Communicate professionally with clients and staff Participate in team meetings and training as needed Requirements Valid Montana Massage Therapist license Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and spa treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly Excellent patient communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Pay We pay hourly + commission along with weekly bonuses and 100% of your tips.
