Job Description
We are seeking individuals interested in strengthening their massage therapy skills and becoming a Panchakarma Specialist. We train on all therapy modalities provided in our resort. Our programs are world renowned. Whether you are a new massage therapist or one with years of experience, we welcome you and want to share the wisdom of ayurveda. You will be part of an amazing team of therapists and staff providing clients a stable and supportive holistic wellness journey. We offer stable hours and place to call home. Job Summary We are seeking passionate and energetic Massage Therapists to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional ayurvedic treatments designed to promote wellness specific to each client's journey. Duties Perform a variety of treatments. Work with health practitioners and all members of the resort team Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and fostering a relaxing atmosphere. Requirements Must have active NC LMT Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience in med spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable. Excellent client service skills. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options and progress.
