Specializing in low drama, fast-paced fun environment, and days that fly by, but also a very profitable one for our therapist team . Our team members average 10-25%+ higher wages per hour in Asheville based on data collected through zip recruiter, indeed, and other employment sites along with our own application research for hourly salaries in Asheville . Because our therapists are employees, they not only receive hourly wage, plus commission, plus tips for spa services, but are paid hourly for all the other time they are working and this has translated to a lot more money for our teams. We are seeking a part-time massage therapist: Looking for a stable 18-29 hours to add to their schedule, depending on your needs. Shifts are varied between weekdays , Friday am or PM, and or Saturday am or PM /Sunday AM or PM ( 2-3 shifts per week). Our schedules are built out several weeks so you will have plenty of schedule notice and the advantage of regular income. We do not to on-call shifts or text for appointments. We offer regular shifts, dedicated marketing, managment, and leadership support to our operations, and tons of regular work. We are looking to maintain our awesome staffs time off requests for strong work-life balance, but provide an opportunity for a new team members to work on days where we are largely completely booked out with appointments. • We are a team based environment due to the communal nature of our spa. This makes our work style and atmosphere unique. There is always someone to help you in a quick turn, offer support with duties, and help make the day go by fast.
• Guests remain fully clothed during their massage (only removing socks and shoes)
• Licensed massage therapists provide massage across three body areas : head, neck, and shoulder; hand and lower arm; and foot and lower leg. We do not specialize in treatment based massage or deep tissue, simply relaxation and restorative.
• The environment is often convivial with groups of 2 or 3 and sometimes large parties visiting us. This further emphasizes the team atmosphere, where several therapists are taking care of a number of guests during a seating together.
• Multiple team leads are involved in our hiring process.

We prioritize offering promotions from within for trainer, assistant management, management, and sr level promotion positions. Hires in this position will have access to new open shifts as they come available as well. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to address client needs. Conduct thorough guest assessments to determine appropriate massage plans. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective techniques. Deliver exceptional guest service, fostering a welcoming and relaxing environment. Collaborate with other massage therapist team members to support overall guest satisfaction & wellness.
