Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Massage Therapist or similar role within a medical or med spa setting. Some in house training as well. Certification or licensure as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Expertise in therapeutic massage, integrative massage, orthopedic massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with a compassionate approach to customer service.
