Key Responsibilities:
Possess current licenses and certificates for massage therapy in accordance with state regulations. Perform various types of massage and spa treatments in alignment with the Spa's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Demonstrate proficiency in anatomy and physiology to deliver effective treatments. Provide an outstanding guest experience by understanding and adjusting to their needs. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Exhibit flexibility in work scheduling. Stay informed on the latest industry developments and continuously improve skills. Carry out special tasks delegated by the Spa Director or Supervisor. Communicate challenges effectively to the Spa Director or Supervisor. Promote and sell spa services and products. Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, seminars, and training sessions. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next therapist/day. Work harmoniously as part of a team. Display enthusiasm for the job, the spa, and the organization. Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality. Offer solutions to challenges rather than complaints. Report to work on time, in uniform, well-groomed, and park in designated staff parking areas.
