We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who would like to grow with us from the very beginning and become part of a long-term professional team. Our goal is to create a wellness studio focused on exceptional client care, a calm atmosphere, and long-term client relationships — not a high-volume massage factory.

What We Offer:

Compensation starting at $40 per 60-minute session 100% of tips belong to the therapist Flexible scheduling Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time as the studio expands Newly renovated treatment rooms Premium electric massage tables Online booking system Studio-provided marketing and client acquisition Clients are booked through the studio — you are not expected to find your own clients Professional, supportive, and drama-free work environment Support, onboarding, and training in studio service standards Opportunities for professional and financial growth as the studio grows

Requirements:

Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License Personal Professional Liability Insurance Professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliability and punctuality Excellent communication and client care skills Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment Ability to provide both relaxation and therapeutic massage based on client needs

Important:

The studio maintains business insurance coverage; however, all therapists are required to carry their own active Professional Liability Insurance policy. We welcome both experienced therapists and newly licensed therapists who are eager to grow professionally. We are actively investing in marketing and client acquisition. Our goal is to build a consistent client base for our therapists rather than expect them to find clients on their own.
