About Kinema Fitness Kinema Fitness is a national luxury fitness center operator, offering premium on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the U.S. We are dedicated to enhancing our members' well-being through world-class customer service, innovative programming, and outstanding performance. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate On-Demand Licensed Massage Therapist to provide on-site services at one of our corporate sites in Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a friendly and professional Massage Therapist to join our team at Kinema Fitness on an as needed basis for various events and workshops. We are looking for someone comfortable doing both chair massage and full table massage. Key Responsibilities Deliver chair massage services on-site for corporate wellness clients, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Build and maintain a client base within the corporate wellness studio environment. Collaborate with the Kinema team to ensure seamless service delivery and client engagement. Provide your own chair and equipment necessary for sessions. Communicate effectively with both clients and staff, embodying professionalism and strong leadership skills. Qualifications Licensed massage therapist with experience in chair massage therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, with a passion for health and wellness. Must be able to provide your own chair for events. Certifications Must hold a Certified Massage Therapist license in the State of North Carolina Current
