Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. Applicants must hold a valid massage therapy license and possess a strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy. Experience in medical spa settings or occupational health is highly desirable. The position requires excellent patient service skills and the ability to assess individual client needs to tailor effective treatment plans. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of pain or tension Provide pain management solutions through targeted massage therapies Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health regulations Document client treatments accurately in accordance with medical terminology and physiology knowledge Ensure exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns effectively Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to optimize client outcomes Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in med spas or occupational health settings is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care plans Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for client safety and well-being Join our team to help clients achieve their wellness goals through expert massage therapy delivered in a professional, supportive environment.
