We provide everything -- You concentrate on massage. We pay commission starting at 47% of the full retail price of all appointments, with annual increases to 50%. This lets you benefit from longer and higher-end treatments. We also pay repeat-request bonuses, help with CEUs, and of course, 100% of your significant gratuities (gratuities NOT included in the $40-$75 per hour average pay range). You can largely make your own schedule! However, your best opportunities to earn big are Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday. You must be responsible and dependable; This is what clients expect, and helps you earn more. Already working somewhere else? You don't have to leave! Add a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday at Zen and build additional income on your schedule. You will serve an existing customer base, with scores of new clients every month to build your business. We promote aggressively. We have the strength of a larger business system, with the flexibility and care for therapists and clients of an independent boutique. You'll receive a free monthly wellness massage, work with fully-involved local owners and management that know and care about you, and be part of a supportive team of professionals in your field.
