We've served Durham since 2012, earned Best of Durham nine times, and built a team whose therapists have been with us for 2-13 years. We're looking for licensed massage therapists who value skilled care, mutual respect, and a welcoming place to practice.

COMPENSATION

We offer a 50/50 split, and you keep 100% of your tips. Based on our regular session rates, your share is: 30 minutes: $37.50 + tips 45 minutes: $47.50 + tips 60 minutes: $57.50 + tips 75 minutes: $67.50 + tips 90 minutes: $80 + tips 105 minutes: $92.50 + tips 120 minutes: $110 + tips Compensation is per completed session. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

ROOM TO BREATHE BETWEEN CLIENTS

We schedule 30 minutes between appointments so you can rest, reset, and prepare your room for your next client. Your well-being matters here, too. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with especially good room availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. We'll discuss your preferred availability and find a schedule that fits within our available room times.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Whether you're newly licensed or bring years of experience, we welcome your application. Our team includes therapists early in their careers and others with more than 20 years in the profession. We're looking for therapists who: Hold an active North Carolina massage and bodywork therapy license. Listen carefully and adapt sessions to each client's needs. Maintain professional boundaries, reliable communication, and a clean treatment space. Bring kindness, integrity, and respect to clients and fellow therapists. Align with our welcoming culture and help people feel comfortable, accepted, and valued. Training in Ashiatsu or Thai Table Massage is welcome, but is not required to apply.
