Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting procedures, client responses, and progress notes with accuracy Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management plans when necessary Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Experience with occupational health practices and med spa treatments is highly desirable Proficiency in patient assessment to customize treatment plans effectively Expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques for targeted relief Ability to educate clients on health benefits of massage therapy and self-care strategies Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Join us in creating a positive healing experience for every client!
