Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and expert techniques. Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, cupping, occupational health treatments, or more. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Educate clients on the benefits of various massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and relaxation. Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client progress and treatment details. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by following proper hygiene protocols and maintaining equipment. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, progress, and any post-session care instructions. Stay current with industry best practices and new techniques to enhance service quality. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and deliver effective treatments. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Demonstrated commitment to patient service excellence and customer satisfaction.
