Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing therapies for pain management and injury recovery Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with health regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment adhering to all sanitation standards and licensing requirements Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or wellness staff to optimize patient care and support occupational health initiatives Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance your skills and service offerings Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to customize treatments effectively Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies Solid knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail Join us in creating a positive impact through healing touch!
