Our massage practice has been operating in Greensboro since 2013. Owned and operated by Bethany Rudisill, a massage therapist herself who has been practicing for over 13 years, we offer a supportive environment focused on high-quality care for clients and long-term sustainability for massage therapists. We are seeking experienced, skilled massage therapists who value autonomy, professionalism, and building lasting client relationships.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay :

$50 to $55 per massage hour, plus bonuses for select add-ons and gift card sales

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina massage therapy license The ability to flexibly address a wide range of client needs, whether relaxing or therapeutic High proficiency in at Deep Tissue and/or Swedish massage techniques We love to see experience and/or proficiency in a wide range of modalities like Prenatal massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Thai massage, Reflexology, Myofascial work, Cupping, or Ashiatsu Excellent client communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and problem solving without on-site management Professional, warm, and reliable demeanor Consistent availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays is preferred Interest in therapeutic, results-driven massage (this is not a spa environment)

Responsibilities:

Provide customized massage sessions based on client goals Conduct thorough intakes and adapt sessions as needed Maintain clear and accurate session notes Handle rebooking and payment confidently and professionally Why Join Greensboro Massage and Bodywork?
