About Dosha Bodywork Wellness Dosha Bodywork Wellness is a therapist-owned practice rooted in the Holly Springs community. We specialize in custom therapeutic bodywork for real people looking for real outcomes: pain relief, better mobility, and deep relaxation. Our approach is built on the belief that healing is a partnership, guided by Anthony's Guided Consciousness, our signature method that keeps therapists intuitive throughout the entire session and equips them to guide clients through their own awareness, breath, and body. We serve Holly Springs, Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, and the surrounding Triangle. About the Role We are hiring a part-time Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist who is ready to transition into a practice that pays your worth, supports your craft, and tells you the truth about what it takes to build a thriving practice. You choose the employment type that works best for you, W2 or 1099, and we take it from there.

Dosha Bodywork Wellness is a growing practice. Session volume is not guaranteed and will grow as the practice grows. Because of that, we recommend you have additional income while you ramp up part time with us. We would rather be upfront than overpromise. Compensation Options W2

Entry:

$52/hr 6 months + 70% client retention: $57/hr 1 year + 70% client retention: $60/hr 1099

Independent Contractor:

$70 per 60-minute service $105 per 90-minute service These per-service rates do not apply to sessions booked at introductory or promotional rates while those offers are available at the practice. Responsibilities Perform professional therapeutic bodywork tailored to individual client needs and goals Conduct thorough intake and assessment, and maintain accurate records including S.O.A.P. notes Practice Anthony's Guided Consciousness during every session Check out each client, rebook follow-up appointments, and introduce new clients to our membership program, turning interested clients over to the practice for enrollment Disinfect and reset the treatment space between clients, and perform a full cleaning at the end of your shift, including handling used linens for laundering Follow the Dosha Bodywork Wellness session structure, scripts, and communication guidelines Requirements Active, state-issued North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) credential Certification from an accredited massage therapy program Personal professional liability insurance. Our studio is located within Image Studios Holly Springs (operated by BHB Creative), so you will need to list BHB Creative / Image Studios Holly Springs as an additional insured on your policy, as all professionals at the studio do. You may not begin work until we have proof of insurance. Willingness to complete the Image Studios Holly Springs application and our onboarding form, and to uphold Image Studios rules and policies Strong proficiency in modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and contrast therapy Excellent communication, a client-first mindset, and a heart-centered, grounded presence Professionalism, consistency, and punctuality What Therapists Can Expect Choice of W2 or 1099 employment Flexible scheduling, up to 12 sessions per week as the practice grows 30 minutes between sessions All supplies and linens provided One free monthly bodywork session from a coworker In-house training in Anthony's Guided Consciousness, plus ongoing technique mentorship and CE-aligned learning at no cost A growing membership client base of aligned, returning clients Real ownership support: marketing, booking systems, and client communication handled by the practice How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or send your resume to doshabodyworkwellness@gmail.com with the subject line "Massage Job Application."
