In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that enhance overall health and well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatments in a welcoming and supportive environment. Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to each client's needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate therapy plans and track progress over time Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing standards and clinic policies Ensure a safe, clean, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines such as CPR certification Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and foster a trusting relationship Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient care Requirements Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations Proven experience in massage therapy with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management techniques Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from an accredited organization Proficiency in various massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient assessment and occupational health settings Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in medical spa or wellness center settings is preferred but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a meaningful difference! Pay:
$40.00 - $80.00 per hour
