We are passionate about helping guests feel restored — body and soul. This is a W-2 employee position with pay per booked massage hour, plus tips . Compensation is based on experience, modalities, availability, and overall role fit. Schedule Our current need is primarily: Tuesdays Wednesdays Fridays Every other Saturday This is a build-your-book position . Some shifts may be lighter in the beginning, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable starting with a smaller schedule and building a loyal returning clientele over time. Additional hours may become available as bookings grow. What You'll Do Provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massage Perform modalities based on your training, which may include deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone massage Create a warm, professional guest experience from intake through checkout Build genuine client relationships that encourage rebooking and consistency Maintain excellent sanitation, treatment-room standards, and accurate session notes Fully clean and reset your treatment room between guests and at the end of your shift Communicate clearly and work well with the front desk and spa team What You Bring Active North Carolina LMBT license Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain Dependable availability for scheduled shifts Strong availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other Saturday Warm, professional, service-minded communication Strong people skills and the ability to make guests feel comfortable and cared for High standards for cleanliness and treatment-room presentation Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team Willingness to build a returning clientele over time Alignment with our guest-first standards and spa culture New graduates are welcome to apply.
