Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and become a vital part of enhancing our clients' well-being through expert touch and personalized care. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall health. Your expertise will help clients achieve their wellness goals while fostering a welcoming and healing environment. Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits. Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and any relevant medical information in compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and professionally with diverse clients. Expertise in patient assessment to tailor treatments effectively. Proficiency in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for targeted pain relief. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to understand client conditions thoroughly. Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Familiarity with occupational health principles relevant to workplace wellness programs. Prior experience in med spas or similar environments is highly desirable for understanding specialized treatment protocols. Pay:
$55.00 - $70.00 per hour
