Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our vibrant Salon + Spa team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage, combined with a passion for high level customer service! Our team is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences by combining expert knowledge with meaningful connections. You'll serve a diverse clientele, from relaxing spa days to wedding preparations and therapeutic massage. Our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and confident! Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal massage, depending on guests needs and requests. Communicate with clients effectively, ensuring clear understanding of treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and follow-up appointments. Maintain strict sanitation standards before, during, and after treatments to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Stay current with industry trends in the beauty and wellness industry. BONUS if you have experience with hot stones, reflexology, and Myofascial Release (MFR). Experience Valid license as a Massage Therapist in the state of North Carolina. Proven experience working as a massage therapist in the beauty or wellness industry. Experience with additional tasks including retail sales, upselling, guest service excellence. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure compliance of State Board regulations Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatment options Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment!
