We specialize in medical and therapeutic massage, working with clients experiencing chronic pain, injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and rehabilitation needs. Our practice focuses on improving function, reducing pain, and supporting long term wellness, not spa or relaxation massage. We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn advanced clinical techniques, we are happy to provide training and mentorship. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a professional healthcare-focused environment while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Responsibilities Perform therapeutic massage treatments based on each client's individual condition and treatment goals. Learn and apply medical massage techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, stretching, and other evidence-based approaches. Conduct client assessments, review health history, and document findings accurately. Develop treatment plans focused on pain reduction, improved mobility, and functional recovery. Educate clients on posture, stretching, self care, and wellness strategies to support long-term results. Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance or VA-related treatment plans when appropriate. Participate in ongoing education and training to expand clinical skills. Qualifications Current North Carolina Massage Therapy License (required). Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Passion for helping clients recover from pain and improve quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to learn new clinical techniques and receive ongoing coaching. Experience with medical massage, sports massage, orthopedic massage, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Paid training and mentorship in medical massage techniques.
