Job Description

Variable hours/variable days within the Clinic Schedule of 8a-5p, M-F. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to support the expansion of services within a well-established practice. This position is ideal for a therapist who values individualized care and wants to contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The primary purpose of this role is to provide therapeutic massage and bodywork services tailored to individual client needs, with emphasis on pain management, relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough client assessments and intake conversations to identify concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans using appropriate modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other techniques within the therapist's scope. Monitor client progress, adjust treatments as needed, and provide clear self-care and home-care recommendations. Maintain accurate, timely service documentation and client records in accordance with clinic protocols and confidentiality requirements. Adhere to professional safety, hygiene, and infection-control practices to ensure a safe treatment environment. Collaborate with administrative staff and other clinicians to support scheduling, referrals, and continuity of care.
Qualifications and Skills:
Current Nebraska Massage Therapist license required. Prior massage therapy experience preferred; experience in clinical settings a plus. Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, capable of managing time and documentation independently while contributing to team goals. Commitment to maintaining professional standards and client confidentiality at all times.
