Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The position requires massage therapists who already have an existing client base. Our shop has a lot of traffic. We'll be able to grow you're business to. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, delivering tailored massage therapies, and contributing to overall wellness in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Implement pain management strategies tailored to each patient's condition. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Document treatment plans, patient progress, and any relevant medical history accurately. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
