Pause is a small, locally owned massage and skincare studio focused on providing high-quality, customized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We're looking for an LMT who genuinely enjoys helping people feel better, takes pride in their work and wants to build lasting relationships with their clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the freedom and feel of a small private practice without having to manage all of the marketing, booking, laundry, supplies and overhead that come with running a business on their own. What You'll Do Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's needs and goals Perform services such as relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massage Communicate with clients about pressure, comfort, areas of concern and treatment goals Maintain professional draping, sanitation and client care standards Complete brief client notes and maintain accurate records Help create a warm, professional and consistent experience for every client Build relationships with new and returning clients What Pause Provides Two fully equipped treatment room Electric massage table and professional equipment Linens, laundry and massage supplies Online booking and client management Marketing and new client acquisition Established studio clientele Administrative support A comfortable, professional environment without the feel of a large chain or corporate spa Opportunity to grow your schedule and clientele over time Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Massage Therapist in New Hampshire Professional, reliable and punctual Warm and comfortable communicating with clients Confident providing customized therapeutic massage Comfortable adjusting pressure and techniques to meet different client needs Interested in developing long-term client relationships Open to learning and continuing to grow as a therapist Able to work independently while still being part of a small team Newer massage therapists are absolutely encouraged to apply. Experience is great, but personality, professionalism, quality of touch and willingness to learn are just as important to us. Compensation 40% commission on massage services + 100% of gratuities For example, a $140 service equals approximately $56 in commission, plus gratuity. Pause provides the treatment space, equipment, supplies, linens, laundry, booking system, marketing and administrative support. Schedule Part-time with the opportunity to grow as your clientele builds. We're looking for someone interested in becoming a consistent part of Pause rather than simply picking up occasional shifts.
