Job Overview Part-time:

Evenings and weekends not required, only if desired. 20hrs a week. Looking for someone to commit to 3 days a week with an average client load of 12 clients per week. Specific days and hours can be discussed based on availability and the needs of the business. $60K Approximate yearly income.

Commission based position:

Simply Bliss Wellness is a small private practice, where it is just the owner offering services at this time. This not a chain or big spa environment. You will work alongside other women who own their own businesses in the wellness field, offering the feeling of community while still getting to do your own thing. The autonomy to build your days and availability how you'd like. You get to determine your start time, end time, duration of transition time between clients, a long lunch break with a gym session, a short afternoon break with the morning off… the freedom is yours! All equipment, amenities, and furnishings provided. Laundry on site. You will be expected to wash, dry and fold based on whatever needs to be done. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to what each client needs on the day of service. Clients only book by duration of appointment, not by type of service. Our clientele is primarily based on regulars who establish a reoccurring time slot. Each session is tailored to how they show up that day, taking into account any current pain, their nervous system, as well as general goals and themes you've been working on together. Offer helpful insights on the benefits of different massage modalities you'd like to try with them and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and relaxation. Educating clients is a fantastic way to engage with them and show them you care about their wellbeing. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and provide guidance on self-care practices. Create an inviting experience, while adhering to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized treatment area in accordance with occupational health standards. Re-book clients using the booking software provided, accept payment, and keep track of your schedule. Skills Certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of NH. A strong understanding of physiology and anatomy principles. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients. Proficiency in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage. Prenatal massage, myofascial massage techniques, cupping and use of other tools is not a requirement, but will hold a strong interest. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and pain management strategies. CPR certification and knowledge of safety protocols for emergency situations.
