Job Summary We are seeking licensed massage therapists to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and therapeutic experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, and experience in various massage techniques. This position offers an opportunity to help clients improve their well-being through personalized care in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage tailored to individual client needs Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns Set up massage equipment and prepare treatment areas for each session Welcome clients from the lobby and ensure a smooth check-in process File paperwork accurately and maintain detailed client records in compliance with privacy standards Provide excellent customer service to foster client satisfaction and retention Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment Stay informed about the latest massage therapy practices and industry standards Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist Proven experience in massage therapy, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage techniques Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients effectively Ability to set up equipment efficiently and manage client flow smoothly Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to work flexible hours as needed Join our team to help clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness through expert massage therapy.
