• 80 ✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments ✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~20% ✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K
• 75K+ annually ✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales and bonuses Schedule and Benefits
