Job Description
Spavia Clark Commons is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists. ✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52
- 62 (includes gratuity) ✔Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments ✔Steady schedule with loyal guests and members ✔W-2 position
- We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage Transparent Pay Structure
- based on experience Service Length Pay (incl. gratuity) Signature/Relaxation Massage 60 min $52
- 56 Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone 60 min $57
- 61 Extended Modalities 80-100 min $63
- 80 ✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments ✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~20% ✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K
- 75K+ annually ✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales and bonuses Schedule and Benefits
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
