We are seeking NJ-licensed massage therapists to partner with us. What You'll Do Provide in-home and in-store postpartum recovery massage or massage to relieve pregnancy-or-nursing-related neck, shoulder and back tension, swelling, and fatigue Review each client's delivery type, weeks postpartum and health history before the session; recognize contraindications (e.g., C-section incisions, blood clot risk) and adapt techniques Work within your scope of practice: no medical diagnosis; refer clients to their healthcare provider when concerns arise Respect client privacy and home environment; be professional, clean and punctual Keep brief session notes as agreed, to support continuity of care Requirements Current, active New Jersey Massage and Bodywork Therapist license in good standing (verified with NJ Division of Consumer Affairs) Your own professional liability insurance meeting NJ minimums ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate); certificate of insurance required Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle for in-home visits across New Jersey Fluent in Mandarin required; English proficiency a plus Legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to complete a background check Preferred Experience working with postpartum clients, or general massage experience Certification in prenatal/postpartum massage, lymphatic drainage, or related modalities Current CPR certification Compensation & Arrangement $100-$200 per hour, plus tips, 100% of tips go to the therapist who provided the service Paid per completed booking Independent contractor (1099); you are responsible for your own taxes; no employee benefits
