JLicensed Massage Therapist — Aurati (Albuquerque, NM) Aurati is a luxury body sculpting and wellness studio in Albuquerque built around The Aurati Method™ — a signature 90-minute ritual combining TECAR360, red light therapy, vibration plate therapy, and Brazilian lymphatic drainage. We're looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our boutique, appointment-based studio and help deliver an elevated client experience from first consult through package renewal. What We're Looking For Active massage therapy license in New Mexico Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Prior experience in a med spa or wellness center strongly preferred, so the environment and pace feel familiar Comfortable working in a boutique, appointment-based studio environment No experience with Brazilian lymphatic drainage or body sculpting required — full training and certification provided in Brazilian lymphatic drainage and body sculpting Confident recommending and closing treatment packages with clients — someone who can naturally guide a client from a single session into a results-driven package, not just perform the service

Details Compensation:

hourly base rate plus commission on packages closed Flexible scheduling — two 4-hour shifts per day, or a full day for someone comfortable with that; evenings and weekends available Full training and certification provided in Brazilian lymphatic drainage and body sculpting Responsibilities Perform The Aurati Method™ and Brazilian lymphatic drainage protocols to a consistent, high-end standard Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safe, effective sessions Guide clients toward the right package for their goals, clearly communicating expected outcomes and the value of committing to a full treatment series Maintain detailed documentation of client treatments, progress notes, and health history in compliance with privacy regulations Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and self-care recommendations Ensure a safe, hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment Create a welcoming, high-touch atmosphere and address client concerns promptly Experience Valid New Mexico state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current CPR certification Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs Med spa or wellness center experience strongly preferred A track record or natural instinct for client retention and package upselling Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Join us to deliver transformative wellness experiences that help clients feel their best every day.
