Licensed Massage Therapist — All Experience Levels Welcome Monet's Spa | Albuquerque, NM Monet's Spa, a small boutique spa located inside Hotel Zazz, is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our close-knit team as a part-time W-2 employee. All experience levels are welcome. Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship, a growing therapist wanting to expand your skills, or a seasoned professional looking for a beautiful and more personal environment to practice in, we'd love to meet you. Our Location - Inside Hotel Zazz We're located inside a unique, Instagram-worthy boutique hotel just off Route 66 in Nob Hill. Our spa features a private hot tub and sauna, treatment rooms, and curated spa packages designed around relaxation, wellness, and celebrations. We're also an active part of the hotel and local community and have opportunities to participate in special events throughout the year. Why Join Monet's Spa? Experience in Thai massage, energy work, sound healing, craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, cupping, stretching, hot stones , or other specialized modalities is welcomed. If there's a modality you're passionate about, we'd love to hear about it. We're open to developing new services around the strengths and interests of the right therapist. Responsibilities Provide professional, client-centered massage services Create a warm and welcoming experience for guests Check clients in and out as needed Maintain clean and prepared treatment spaces Assist with basic housekeeping and laundry to keep the spa guest-ready Communicate professionally with clients and the Monet's Spa team Learn and follow spa procedures and service standards Compensation & Schedule Part-time W-2 position Commission-based compensation with earning potential based on services performed, plus tips. Approximately 10-25 hours per week , depending on availability, bookings, and client demand. Benefits include flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and paid training.
